Acupuncture
Private and pelvic floor acupuncture — bundled for patients ready to commit to a course of treatment.
Lower than our standard 2025 rates. Sessions may incorporate cupping, electro-acupuncture, manual therapy, moxa, and other modalities as your practitioner determines appropriate for your treatment. Customized herbal formulas available as an add-on for an additional $30.
Pelvic floor work builds momentum when done consistently. This package is designed for a committed course of care — must be used within 6 months.
Somatic Coaching
Individual and couples somatic coaching — body-centered, nervous-system-focused, available virtually anywhere.
Ten sessions of individual somatic and embodiment coaching — nervous system regulation, trauma processing, and the body-centered work that talk therapy can't always reach.
Ten 90-minute couples sessions focused on communication, nervous system co-regulation, and deeper connection. For couples who want to do the real work.

Packages are associated with one patient account. They can't be split with another person, but gift cards can be used by anyone.
Each package is specific to one service type. A massage package applies to massage sessions only. If you want care across multiple service types, you'd need separate packages — or pay per session for anything outside your package.
All packages expire one year from the date of purchase. Pelvic floor acupuncture packages expire in 6 months.
Yes. HSA and FSA are accepted. We also provide superbills for out-of-network insurance reimbursement on acupuncture services.
Our standard cancellation policy applies — 24-hour notice is required. Late cancellations and no-shows are charged the full visit fee, which must be paid separately and cannot be covered by a package credit. Your package sessions are not affected — all remaining visits stay in your account.
