Janaye embarked on a journey to become a somatic sex & relationship coach in order to help people connect more deeply and get the most out of their romantic and nonromantic relationships. Diving into the somatic realm and the experiential practices within the program, she experienced deep, personal transformation she hopes to share with others through experiential practices and dedicated presence.
This type of transformation goes far beyond sex & relationships. It comes from liberating ourselves from our fears and concerns by sharing ourselves in a non judgmental, supportive environment where we learn to embrace ourselves and be embraced. This might look like: pausing with emotions, being witnessed, being celebrated, practicing connection, setting boundaries, asking for help, communicating needs & desires, exploring needs & desires etc.
By quieting down the mind, listening to the whispers of the body & the stories that are somatically hardwired into us (despite all logic), we catalyze the inner alchemy that sets us free to understand our needs and desires, communicate clearly without fear or worry, and attune to ourselves and to others.

In these sessions, we tap into the wisdom of the body & emotions to release old patterns, habits, beliefs, and stagnant emotions. We will build trust within the body so you can embrace your true, authentic self.
This work helps you to deeply connect with your needs, desires, boundaries, capacities, and communication. It brings about a new way of relating and creates deeper intimacy in all your relationships, including with yourself.
Note: Embodiment Sessions differ from Sex & Intimacy Sessions in that they do not focus on eroticism and sexual desires/needs.

RELATIONSHIP COACHING
Couples sessions allow us to explore each partner's needs and desires. We will utilize experiential practices to improve communication, repair, intimacy, and eroticism.
Individual sessions with each partner are required prior to working together. This ensures that both partners understand and have participated in the work required to make you
successful together!

These sessions start out with much of the same foundation as the embodiment sessions, but with the additional focus of connecting your body with your erotic self.
We first work to build safety in the body and, as that increases, we will enliven the erotic center and explore core desires and needs specific to sex and intimacy.
We will deconstruct negative thoughts, beliefs, and old patterns associated with love, relationships and sex. We may also address attachment styles and build secure attachment within the self.
